Garlic Nose Drops

My friend told me how to make nose drops with garlic. This works, especially for a stuffy nose.

  • Crush a clove of garlic in a garlic press and put it in a little bit of water for a few minutes.
  • Stir it and strain it.
  • Fill a dropper with the garlic water.
  • Tilt your head back (I like to lie down) and squeeze 2 drops in each nostril. You will feel a heat going through your nostrils into your sinuses and your nose will run. Your eyes may tear and you might sneeze. It’s uncomfortable, but it also feels good in a way.

This is invigorating. She sayss once a day is enough. I find myself doing it 2 or 3 times in a row before my nose is clear. I do the garlic drops 2 or 3 times a day.

Note by Bee: This will also help minimize candida overgrowth in the nose and sinuses.
