Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 2 green onions, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed & chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ocean sea salt
- pepper to taste
- juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients except olive oil.
- Process until smooth.
- With the processor or blender running at a very low speed slowly add olive oil.
- Thin with water if desired.
